摘 要: 采用1:1(V/V)的氯仿:甲醇溶剂,利用索氏提取器提取霞草成分,然后分别用石油醚、乙酸乙酯和正丁醇依次进行萃取,利用DPPH法、Marklund、邻二氮菲-Fe2+氧化法及磷钼络合物法测定各提取物抗氧化活性。同时与合成抗氧化剂BHT进行对照。结果表明:乙酸乙酯提取物具有最强的清除DPPH自由基和还原的能力(p<0.05)。实验所测浓度下,其清除DPPH自由基能力比同浓度的BHT强,其还原能力与BHT相当;石油醚萃取物具有最强的清除羟自由基和过氧自由基能力(p<0.05),实验所测浓度下,均比同浓度的BHT强。 Gypsophila oldhamiana Miq.(GOM) was extracted with chloroform:methanol(1:1,V/V) in a Soxhlet extractor,and the extraction was then partitioned with petroleum ether,EtOAc and BuOH successively.Antioxidant activity of the extractions was evaluated in four different assays,namely,the 1,1-diphenyl-2-picrylhydrazyl(DPPH) radical scavenging,the Marklund,the 1,10-phenanthroline-Fe2+oxidative and the phosphomolybdenum assays,and compared with that of butylated hydroxytoluene(BHT).The results showed that the ethyl acetate-soluble fraction exhibited higher DPPH free radical scavenging activity(p0.05) than BHT in the DPPH· assay and similar reducing power to BHT in the phosphomolybdenum assay at all concentration levels tested,while petroleum ether-soluble fraction exhibited greater superoxide free radical scavenging activity in the Marklund method and scavenging hydroxyl radical activity in the 1,10-phenanthroline-Fe2+ oxidative method(p0.05) than BHT at all concentration levels tested.
