摘　　要： 国民政府时期广东进行了两次大规模的难侨救济活动,在难侨的收容、遣送、留医及安置方面做出了不少实绩,体现了其现代政府的职能。两次救济在政府初衷、政策及效果等方面表现出的差异,反映出二者不同的时代背景及所处政府职能转换的不同阶段。 During the period of the Nanjing national government,Guangdong provincial government conducted two large-scale overseas Chinese rescue events.It made great achievements in providing asylum and medical care to overseas Chinese,helping them to get back to their host country or relocating them.The rescue efforts reflected the functions of modern government.But the two efforts also differed in original intention,policy and effects,reflecting the different times and the transformation of the functions of the government.
