摘 要: 海南省建省二十多年来特殊教育事业有了较大的发展。文章通过查阅资料、问卷调查和访谈,了解海南建省以来特殊儿童接受义务教育的基本情况,分析海南省特殊教育现状,并就存在的问题提出相应的对策和建议,以此希望能为相关部门在特殊教育决策上提供参考。 Great achievements have been made in the special educational cause in Hainan since the es- tablishment of Hainan Province 22 years ago. In this paper, data are collected through questionnaires and in- terviews and are analyzed using literature review. As such, the basic information on compulsory education for special children in Hainan is well known. Moreover, an analysis is also made into the status quo and some feasible countermeasures and suggestions are advanced in line with existing problems in special education so as to offer some reference for relevant departments to make policies in developing special education in Hainan.
