摘　　要： 冷链物流体系作为农副产品保鲜和品质的有力保障,将更好地促进湖北省农业及农副产品加工业的发展和促进农民增收和保障消费安全。文中运用SWOT分析法对当前环境下湖北省发展农副产品冷链物流所具有的内部优势和劣势,以及所面临的外部机遇和威胁进行综合分析,认为湖北省应做到"扬长避短"和"旗帜鲜明",利用外部机会来弥补内部弱点,发展现代化的冷链物流体系。最后根据分析结果提出提升湖北省冷链物流产业核心竞争力的策略。 Cold chain logistics not only maintains the quality and freshness of subsidiary agricultural products,but also facilitates the development of Hubei＇ agriculture and subsidiary agricultural products processing industry,the increase of farmers＇ income,and consumer safety With SWOT analysis method,the paper makes a comprehensive analysis of the strengths,weakness,opportunities and threats of developing cold chain logistics in Hubei province.Then we points out Hubei should use of the external opportunities to make up for internal weaknesses and develop modern cold chain logistics.At last,we put forward some strategies how to improve the core competitiveness of Hubei＇ cold chain logistics industry.
