摘　　要： 随着我国经济的发展,人们对食品质量和食品安全越来越关注,各级政府部门对冷链物流的发展也越来越重视,保护易腐食品品质已成为现代社会生活的基本需求。把湖北省冷链物流基础设施的建设作为研究对象,根据湖北省的冷链物流总体规划、湖北省农副产品的分布以及农副产品批发市场的布局,针对农副产品冷链物流通道的建设和冷库建设两方面,希望能为湖北省冷链物流基础设施的建设提供一些借鉴价值。 With the development of our national economy,people pay more attention to the food quality and the food safty, at the same time, Government departments at all levels take cold chain logistics development more seriously. As a result, the protection of perishable food has become the basic need of modern social llfe. According to the cold chain logistics planning in Hubei province, the agricultural subsidiary products＇ distribution and the layout of the wholesale market for agricultural products in Hubei province, taking the infrastructure construction of the cold chain logistics in Hubei province as the research object, this paper may provide some valuable suggestions to the development of infrastructure construction in cold chain logistics, for channel construction and the cold storage construction two aspects.
