摘　　要： 西峰油田长8为低孔、低渗储层，其物性差，非均质性强，开发难度大。针对西峰油田开发过程中存在的主要问题，将低渗透储层渗流机理研究方法、数值模拟技术及矿场数理统计方法相结合，确定出合理的开发技术政策．取得了明显稳产效果，对同类油藏的开发有重要借鉴意义。 The Chang8 of Xifeng oilfield is low-porosity, low-permeability reservoir, with poor physical property, strong anisotropy and high development difficulty. To the main problems in the development process of XF oil fields, this article combines research method of permeability mechanism of low-permeability reservoir, numerical simulating technology and mathematical and physical statistic method together to determine the reasonable policy of development technology and get the obvious effect of capacity stabilization. This article has significant reference meaning for the development of similar oil reservoir（s）.
