BA对黄瓜子叶中Pchlide、NPR蛋白和NPR酶活性的影响

摘  要: 1.喷施 BA 能使黄瓜(Cucumis sativus L.cv.Aonagajibai)子叶的 NPR 蛋白含量和酶活性提高。同时也使该酶作用底物 Pchlide 和 NADPH 含量明显增加。2.红光下 Pchlide含量和 NPR 酶蛋白及其活性骤降。BA 能减缓光对 NPR 蛋白的破坏,并增加 Pchlide 和NADPH 含量,致使酶活性维持在较高水平上。3.由于 BA 能使 NPR 蛋白和该酶的作用底物(NADPH、Pchlide)含量增加,从而使 NPR 酶活性加强,加快叶绿素的生物合成,使叶绿素含量增加,叶色变深。 1.When cucumber seedlings (Cucumis sativus L.cv.Aonagajibai) were treated with aqu- eous solution of BA (10^(-5)mol/l and 10^(-8)mol/l) by spraying application,the amount of NPR protein was increased and the NPR activity was promoted.The contents of protochlorophyl- lide (Pchlide) and NADPH as the substrates of the enzyme reaction,were also increased re- markably.2.The amount of Pchlide and NPR protein decreased rapidly when treated with red light.BA plays the role in the protection against the damage of enzyme activity by light and then decreasing the destruction of NPR protein.BA increased the content of Pchlide and NADPH,so the NPR activity was maintained at a higher level although in light condition.3. Because that BA increased the content of NPR protein and the reaction substrate such as NADPH and Pchlide,the NPR activity was promoted.So,the rate of chlorophyll biosynthesis was rapid,and the content of chlorophyll increased.The leaf turns to dark green.
