摘　　要： 为了获得轴盖零件高效成形工艺及方法,分析了轴盖零件的结构特点,制定出该零件的温挤压成形工艺,得出凸模芯轴部位高度尺寸不小于61mm,并设计出挤压模具。 In order to get the method and process to effectively forming the shaft cover,the structural characteristics of the shaft cover were analyzed,the warm extrusion process was constituted,the height of the mandrel part of the top die was less than 61mm.At last,the forming die was designed.
