摘　　要： 通过计算机模拟了带锥孔轴套冷挤压成形过程,研究了成形过程中金属流动规律。成形过程金属流动、分流合理,无挤压成形缺陷产生。该冷挤压成形工艺合理可行,可为类似零件成形提供参考。 The numerical simulation method was applied to research the cold extrusion process for axle housing with taperhole.The law of metal flow in the forming process of the parts was investigated.The metal flow and its splite-flow were reasonable and the parts were without any forming defects in the whole process.The results show that the cold process is reasonable and feasibility,and can provide reference for similar part forming.
