摘 要: 变速器换挡过程操纵油压的数学建模是操纵阀改进设计的关键理论基础。分析装载机变速器电液换挡操纵阀换挡过程的油压变化,建立压力-时间特性方程,得出理论压力-时间特性曲线;在试验台架上进行了操纵阀换挡过程的压力测试试验,将实测曲线与理论曲线对比分析,找出差距的原因进行改进,并再次进行试验验证。建立的理论方程与曲线为该操纵阀的设计奠定理论基础。 It is a critical theory base to construct a mathematical model to control oil pressure during the gearshift so as to improve the control valve design. We analyzed oil pressure variation during gearshift of the power transmission used in a loader and set up an equation for the pressure-time characteristics, thus obtaining the theoretical pressure-time characteristic curve. We carried out a pressure test on the bench during the process of the control valve shift. A comparative analysis was done of the tested curve with the theoretical curve to find out the difference and its cause to be used for further improvement, tests and verification. The theoretical equation and curve have laid a theoretical base for further design of the control valve.
