摘 要: 为研究粉红色凤仙花茎的3种不同提取物对大肠埃希氏杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、枯草杆菌黑色变种3种细菌的抑制作用,用水、75%乙醇和75%丙酮分别提取凤仙花鲜花茎,获得凤仙花茎的粗提物。采用平板稀释涂布法检测粗提物对大肠埃希氏杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、枯草杆菌黑色变种3种细菌的抑菌效果,记录观察菌落数,计算抑菌率。结果表明,凤仙花茎的不同提取物对枯草杆菌黑色变种和金黄色葡萄球菌的抑制作用强于大肠埃希氏杆菌,且质量浓度越高,抑制作用越强。当凤仙花茎水提取物质量浓度为0.2g/mL时,水提物对大肠埃希氏杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌和枯草杆菌黑色变种3种细菌的抑菌率均达到最大,分别为99.95%、99.99%、99.98%;75%乙醇提取物对3种细菌的抑菌率分别为99.94%、100%、99.99%;75%丙酮提取物对3种细菌的最低抑菌浓度(MIC)均为0.1g/mL。综上所述,同一种提取物的不同质量浓度对同一种细菌的抑制作用存在明显的差异,对3种不同细菌的抑制作用差异不明显。凤仙花茎不同提取物的抑菌效果表现为:75%丙酮提取物>75%乙醇提取物>水提取物。 To observe the inhibition of different extracts from pink Impatiens balsamina L.stem on three bacteria,Escherichia coli,Staphylococcus aureus and Bacillus subtilis var.Niger,bacteriostatic effects of extracts of 75% ethanol,75% acetone and the aqueous extracts from pink Impatiens balsamina L.stem on three bacteria were tested by gradient dilution coating,and the number of colony and antibacterial ratio were investigated.The results showed the antibacterial activity of the three different extracts from Impatiens balsamina stem to Bacillus subtilis var.Niger and Staphylococcus aurehs was stronger than Escherichia coli,with the higher concentration of the extraction and the higher antimicrobial activity.Effects of extracts of the aqueous extracts from pink Impatiens balsamina stem on three bacteria of Escherichia coli,Staphylococcus aureus and Bacillus subtilis var.Niger were 99.95%,99.99% and 99.98%,respectively,with concentration of 0.2 g/mL;those of 75% acetone extracts were 99.94%,100% and 99.99%,respectively.The minimal inhibition concentration(MIC) of 75% acetone extracts from pink Impatiens balsamina L.stem on three bacteria were 0.05 g/mL.In conclusion,the antimicrobial activity of different concentration of the same extract from Impatiens balsamina L.stem on the same bacteria was significantly different,and showed almost same effects on three bacteria.Antimicrobial activities of three kinds of Impatiens balsamina L.stem extracts with different solvents were;the 75% acetone extracts the 75% ethanol extracts the aqueous extracts.
