摘 要: 采用问卷调查方法,在ERG理论基础上,对北京星级酒店管理人员建立工作满意度测量指标体系和回归方程,通过与以酒店业高度发达而闻名的国际旅游城市安塔利亚的星级酒店管理人员对比,进行工作满意度分析,并结合自身背景环境提出提升策略,促进北京酒店业的发展水平,为北京建设世界城市服务。得出如下结论:(1)北京星级酒店管理者的整体工作满意度较高。(2)在职业目标、工作方法和生活满意度3个二级指标上,安塔利亚星级酒店管理者的满意度较高,而在工作热情、工作时间、工作和家庭关系处理3个二级指标上,北京星级酒店的管理者满意度较高。文章最后提出提升北京星级酒店管理者工作满意度的策略。 Questionnaire survey and ERG theory are adopted in this paper to study managers' job satisfaction in star-rated hotels in Beijing. We build up index system and regressive equation for testing job satisfaction. For promoting star-rated hotels in Beijing more international and serve for the purpose -"World city", this paper chooses managers in star-rated hotels in Antalya that is world famous in hospitality service as comparative samples. Based on comparative analysis of data, the following conclusions are drawn: (1) In general, the managers in star-rated hotels in Beijing have relatively higher job satisfaction. (2) In terms of career objective, working method and life satisfaction, the managers in Antalya have relatively higher satisfaction; and with respect to the three indicators of working enthusiasm, working time and work-family relation attitude, managers in Beijing have relatively higher satisfaction. And finally, the strategies for improving the job satisfaction of managers in Beijing star-rated hotels are pro- posed.
