摘 要: 基于某润滑油加氢装置现行的换热网络,利用夹点技术对其进行分析改造,得到了较好的节能效果。以系统总费用最小为目标,求得最优夹点温差为20℃;以夹点温差为20℃,计算得出该装置换热网络的夹点平均温度为186.9℃,最小热公用工程量为2995 kW,最小冷公用工程量为7755 kW;针对换热网络不合理的情况提出了优化改造方案,该方案可实现节约热公用工程2881 kW,占现行热共用工程的43.0%,节约冷公用工程2881 kW,占现行冷公用工程的25.1%,节能效果显著。 A good effect was obtained in energy saving by analyzing and retrofitting the present heat exchanger network (HEN) of a lube oil hydro-treating unit using the pinch technology. Take the minimum total cost of the system as the target, an optimum pinch temperature difference (PTD) was calculated, which was 20℃.With pinch temperature difference 20℃, the average pinch temperature of the heat exchanger network was 186.9 ℃, the minimal requirement of the hot utility and the minimal requirement of the cold utility were 2995 kW and 7755 kW, respectively. Considering the improper matches of the HEN, a retrofit scheme was proposed which can save 2881 kW hot utilities and 2881 kW cold utilities, i.e. the scheme can save the hot and cold utilities by 43.0% and 25.1%, respectively.
