摘　　要： "十二五"期间深圳金融业发展面临的机遇与挑战并存,深圳的金融改革创新必须重点突出,层次分明。本文在分析深圳金融业面临的机遇与挑战的基础上,为深圳十二五期间金融业的发展重点提出一些政策建议:一是加快发展跨境人民币业务市场;二是着力打造成为全国重要的财富管理中心;三是加快构建风险投资体系;四是建设国际化的碳金融交易中心;五是以前海区开发为契机深化深港金融合作。 The financial industry in Shenzhen faces many opportunities and threats,during the 12th Five-Year Plan Period.Shenzhen＇s financial reform must be Focused and structured.Based on the analysis of Shenzhen financial industry faces opportunities and challenges during the Twelfth Five-Year Plan,this paper for Shenzhen financial industry development put forwards some policy suggestions.
