摘　　要： 勤工助学学生参与高校图书馆的日常工作,有其不可或缺的重要作用,但在实践过程中,一些问题也逐渐暴露出来。基于对广州大学图书馆勤工助学学生来源和岗位分配情况的调查,分析了高校图书馆开展勤工助学工作的积极作用与存在的问题,进而介绍了广州大学图书馆在完善勤工助学管理工作方面的探索与实践。 A large quantity of undergraduate students＇ semi-working is very important for university library routine work.,but some problems gradually appear in the actual work process. According to our observation of work circumstances of Guangzhou university library , and analysis of the situation of undergraduate student semi-working in our library, we sum up the positive function and actual problem in the undergraduate students＇ semi-working of university library. And we bring up some well-targeted experience,solution and suggestion for allocating all student to suitable deparment according their major.
