高强轻质粉煤灰加气混凝土发气技术的研究

摘  要: 为了制备高强轻质(B07-A7.5)加气混凝土,重要条件是实现的低水料比下的引气技术,研究水料比低至0.25时加气混凝土拌合物的流变学参数、初始扩展度、稠化速率、与发气高度、发气速率的关系和对发气质量和性能的影响。发现随着水料比的降低,加气混凝土用基本浆体的屈服值降低,但是塑性黏度增大,触变值增大。当水料比较低至0.30以后,浆体出现剪切变稠现象;水料比越低,浆体稠化越快。试验表明,在水料比为0.25时,一定配合比下,加气混凝土初始扩展度宜控制在190 mm左右;可以在在30 min内完成发气并实现料浆发气与稠化匹配,制备出符合要求产品。 For manufacturing high-strength and lightweight aerated concrete(B07-A7.5/GB),the air-entraining technology in the paste of low water-to-materials ratio(W/M) is one of the importance process conditions.Studied the relationship between rheological parameters,initial extension,consistency speed and the air-entraining height or rate of the aerated concrete slurry,as well as the influence of these on the quality and performance of the aerated concrete product.It is demonstrated that lower the W/M is,the lower the yield stress of aerated concrete slurry is,but the higher the plastic viscosity and the thixotropic value are.When W/M ratio is lower than 0.30,aerated concrete paste appears dilatant fluid phenomenon and higher air-entraining speed with deceasing of the W/M ratio.And the study showed that,when the W/M ratio was 0.25 and the initial extension was controlled in around 190 mm,air-entraining process could be finished in about 30 minutes and the consistency and air-entraining could be matched well each other.So,the aerated concrete product with B07-A7.5/GB pass muster would be obtained.
