摘　　要： 克隆技术的研究已经取得了丰硕的成果,但猪体细胞核移植还受到众多因素的制约,克隆效率仍然较低,文章针对猪体细胞核移植的各项技术环节及影响因素进行探讨与分析,以期加快猪体细胞核移植技术的研究,提高猪体细胞核移植效率,进一步促进猪体细胞核移植技术的发展和运用。 The research of cloning technology has obtained substantial progress. However, lots of influence factors restrict the development of somatic nuclear transfer in porcine, and the efficiency is still low. The paper explores all aspects and influence factors of the porcine somatic cell nuclear transfer （PSCNT） in order to enhance the beneficial research and improve the efficacy of somatic cell nuclear transfer （SCNT） in porcine, further promoting the development and application of PSCNT in the future.
