摘　　要： 西周时期没有专门的法律条文,五祀卫鼎铭文是一篇西周时期的涉法铭文。铭文涉及到西周时期因为土地补偿而引起的违约案件的审理程序。本文在对铭文进行集释和翻译的基础上,总结出这次违约案件的审理程序,这有助于我们了解西周时期的法律情况。 There was no special legal clause in the Western Zhou Dynasty,the inscription on Five-year Wei Ding related to a legal question,which involved the justice procedure of breaking a promise was caused because of compensating land in the Western Zhou Dynasty.On the basis of the collection of explanations and translations of the inscription,we sum up this justice procedure of breaking a promise,which helps us to understand the law situation in the Western Zhou Dynasty.
