摘 要: 采用单因素考察法考察了聚乙二醇湿法活化处理重质碳酸钙粉体的工艺条件,重点考察了活化温度、活化时间、活化剂用量对沉降体积的影响。采用正交试验对其工艺条件进行了优化,得到重质碳酸钙粉体活化处理的优化条件为:活化温度为70℃,活化时间为43min,活化剂用量为1.6mg.g-1重质碳酸钙粉体,在此条件下重质碳酸钙粉体的沉降体积为0.78mL.g-1,粘度为140mPa.s,活化度为90.0%,吸油度为0.22mL.g-1,pH值8.99。 The technology conditions of polyethylene glycol wet activation treatment of heavy calcium carbonate powder were investigated by single-factor test method.The activation temperature,activation time,activator content on the influence of settlement volume was emphasized.Through the orthogonal experiment,the process conditions was optimized for the heavy calcium carbonate powder activation treatment:activation temperature 70℃,activation time for 43min,activator dosage for 1.6mg/g heavy calcium carbonate powder.Under these conditions,the settlement volume of heavy calcium carbonate powder was 0.78mL/g,viscosity was 140mPa·s,activation degrees was 90.0%,oil absorption degrees was 0.22mL/g,pH was 8.99.
