摘　　要： 英语课堂管理指的是英语教师通过协调英语课堂上师生之间的关系,调节课堂气氛从而引导学生学习并达到预定英语教学目标的过程。本文从学生方面、教师方面分析了高职院校英语课堂管理存在的问题,并提出了有效进行英语课堂管理的策略。 English classroom management refers that the English teacher coordinates the relation between the teacher and the students,adjusts the classroom atmosphere,and guides the stud- ents to study and achieve the predetermined English teaching goal.This article analyzes the existing questions from two aspects： the student aspect and the teacher aspect, and proposes some effective strategies on English classroom management.
