摘 要: 利用海带(Laminaria japonica)、裙带菜(Undaria pinnatifida)作为生物吸附剂,研究其对废水中Zn2+的吸附行为。结果表明:pH是影响生物吸附最重要的因素,两种海藻吸附Zn2+的最佳pH范围为4~7。动力学数据符合准二级动力学模型。Langmuir等温线模型能够成功地拟合平衡数据。红外光谱分析显示,羧基在生物吸附过程中发挥主要作用。人体消化道中的胃蛋白酶会抑制食物对锌的吸附。 Two brown algae Laminariajaponica and Undaria pinnatifida were used as biosorbents for their ability to remove Zn^2+ from aqueous solutions. Results showed that the biosorption were significantly affected by initial solution pH. The optimal pH of biosorption was 4-7. Kinetics experiments results could be accurately described by pseudo-second order rate equation. The Langmuir isotherm models fitted the experimental data very well. The FrlR data showed that the carboxyl play a major role in biosorption process. Results showed that the pepsin in the digestive tract can restrain the biosorption.
