米团花色素提取前后的主要成分变化分析

摘  要: 研究乙醇提取色素后花中主要成分的变化,为残渣的综合利用提供参考。结果表明,米团花中还原糖、蛋白质、粗纤维和灰分含量分别为11.35%、14.32%、25.47%和5.79%。提取色素(60%的乙醇)后,还原糖几乎全部被浸出,灰分含量显著下降,其中以钾、钙、磷下降最为明显;蛋白质和粗纤维因不溶于乙醇溶液而得到富集,含量显著升高,重金属含量符合国家饲料卫生标准,说明色素提取后的残渣可作为优质饲料。 After extraction of the pigment, a large amount of flower residue was produced. In this research, reducing sugars, protein, crude fibers, and minerals were analyzed in its dried flower before and after extraction of the pigment using 60 % of ethanol. Their content in the dried raw flower were 11.35 %, 14.32 %, 25.47 % and 5.79 % respectively. After extraction by 60 % of ethanol, almost all of reducing sugars were removed and the ash significantly decreased, especially for potassium, calcium and phosphorous. However, protein and crude fibers were accumulated in the extracted residues because of their insoluble characteristics in the ethanol solution. Moreover, the toxic elements content were below the national regulation limit. The results proved that the residue produced during the pigment extraction could be used as a high-protein content of feed.
