摘　　要： 梅尧臣被誉为宋诗的"开山祖师",缘于其平淡的诗风在文学史上独树一帜。由于梅尧臣的作品风格多样,也导致了对梅尧臣"平淡"的诗歌特点的不断争论。从梅尧臣诗歌在描写上的追新与锻炼,情感上的深刻蕴藏和形式上的散文化风格方面,对梅尧臣的"平淡诗风"进行辩证分析。 Mei Yaochen, whose simple but thought-provoking poems have struck a line for himself, is honored as the ＂forefather＂ of Song poetry. For the fact that his poem styles vary a lot, continuous argumentations occur concerning his poetic feature of being ＂plain＂. The paper aims to give a dialectical analysis of Mei Yaochen＂ pursuit of novelty and polishing in poetic descriptions, his profound connotation in emotional expression and his unique style of resembling prose.
