不同基质对锐齿栎、栓皮栎和麻栎容器苗生长的影响
Effect of Different Substrates on Seedling Growth of Three Species of Oak

摘  要: 通过9种配比基质的对比试验,筛选出锐齿栎(Quercus aliena BI.var.acuteserrata Maxim.)、栓皮栎(Q.variabilis BI.)和麻栎(Q.acutissima Carr.)培育容器苗的适宜配比基质分别为V(泥炭土)∶V(炭化稻壳)=5∶5,V(泥炭土)∶V(珍珠岩)∶V(蛭石)=3∶6∶1,V(泥炭土)∶V(珍珠岩)∶V(蛭石)=8∶1∶1。用Logistic曲线方程对苗高生长进行拟合,锐齿栎、栓皮栎苗高生长期为138 d,麻栎苗高生长期120 d,苗高快增期分别36、28、45d。基质理化性质指标与苗木生长性状的相关分析表明,栓皮栎、麻栎适宜于低pH值、高碱解N,孔隙度大的基质,在容器苗苗期的管理中应适量追施氮肥,3种栎树均适宜于速效K质量分数低的基质。 A contrast test was conducted to screen out the optimum substrate proportion for container seedlings of three species of oak. Results showed that the mixture of pure peat soil and carbonized rice husk at a volume ratio of 5 : 5 was the optimal culture substrate for Quercus aliena var. acuteserrata; the mixture of peat soil, perlite and vermiculite at a volume ratio of 3 : 6 : 1 for Quercus variabilis, and the mixture of peat soil, perlite and vermiculite at a volume ratio of 8 : 1 : 1 for Quercus acut/ssima. The seedling growth could be expressed by a logistic curve equation. The growth period of seedlings is 138 days for Q. a//ena var. acuteserrata and Q. variabilis, and 120 days for Q. acutissima. The periods of rapid growth for Q. aliena var. acuteserrata, Q. variabilis and Q. acutissima were 36, 28 and 45 days, respectively. Correlation analysis of physical and chemical properties of substrates and growth characteristics of nursery stocks shows that the suitable substrate for Q. variabilis and Q. acutissima is low pH, high alkaline hydrolysis nitrogen and large porosity, and correct rate of nitrogen should be applied during the seedling growth. The three tree species all adapt to the substrate with low content of available potassium.
