摘 要: 通过模拟土柱试验,应用15 N同位素示踪技术研究滴灌和淹灌2种灌溉方式下棉花各器官氮素吸收和氮肥利用效率。结果表明:2种灌溉处理下棉花整株吸收全氮量无显著差异;滴灌处理棉花各器官及整株15 N吸收量及吸收氮素来自肥料的比例(Ndff%)均显著高于淹灌处理,但灌溉方式对棉花叶片和棉籽15 N的分配比例无显著性影响,滴灌处理棉花氮肥利用率为57.85%,显著高于淹灌处理的50.69%,滴灌有利于提高棉花的氮肥利用率。在2种灌溉方式下,棉花氮肥利用率随着施氮量的增加呈下降趋势。灌溉方式及氮肥施用量对肥料氮在营养器官和生殖器官中的分布比例均无显著性影响。 Effects of different irrigation patterns on nitrogen(N) uptake by cotton and N use efficiency(NUE)were investigated using 15N tracer technique by soil column simulated experiments.Results indicated that cotton total N absorption of whole plant were no significant differences between two kinds of irrigation patterns.Cotton N uptake content of 15N and N derived from fertilizer of each organ and whole plant under drip irrigation were significantly higher than flooding irrigation,while there were no significant influence on the cotton leaves and seeds of 15N distribution proportion between the irrigation pateerns.The results showed that fertilizer utilization efficiency of drip irrigation were 57.85%,significantly higher than the 50.69% of flooding irrigation.Therefore,drip irrigation is beneficial to fcotton plant uptaking N nutrition and could enhance NUE.The NUE of cotton was decreased with the increase of N in drip and flooding irrigation patterns.Two kinds of irrigation patterns and nitrogen fertilizer treatment had no significant effect on proportional distribution of 15N in nutritive and reproductive organ of cotton.
