摘 要: [目的]研究金龟累枝虫游泳体的表膜下纤维系。[方法]利用活体观察及蛋白银染色技术,观察金龟累枝虫活体及蛋白银制片后口纤毛系和表膜下纤毛系的特征。[结果]金龟累枝虫单毛基索和复毛基索旋转2.5圈后进入前庭,微丝网结构粗大,第2咽膜(P2)起始端只有一列毛基索于复毛基索相连;纵长纤维粗壮,支撑纤维细密位于口的周围,环状纤维较纤细。[结论]结果为填补纤毛虫无性生活史中该研究领域的空白,以及防治金龟果枝虫对淡水养殖业带来的危害提供一定的理论依据。 [ Objective] The object was to study the infraciliature of Epistylis chrysemydis swimmer. [ Method3 The living observation and protar- gol staining technology were used to observe the living body of E. chrysemydis and its features of oral infraciliature and myonemal system niter the silver protein preparation. [ Result] The haplokinety (HK) and polykinety (PK) of E. chrysemydis entered into the vestibulum after making ap- proximately 2.5 turns, the micro screen structure was bulky, and in the initiating end of the peniculus 2 (p2 ), only one row of kineties was con- nected with the polykinety (PK). The longitudinal fibers were thick,the support fibers were fine and surrounded the oral area,and the ring fibers were slender. [ Conclusion] The study provided some theoretical basis for filling the blank of the research field about the asexual life cycle of Cili- ates and controlling the harm on the freshwater aquaculture brought by this kind of the species.
