化肥减量配施有机肥对蔬菜产量和品质的影响
Effects of Reduction of Chemical Fertilizer and Organic Manure Supplement on Vegetables Yield and Quality

摘  要: 选择黄瓜(Cucumis sativus)、苦瓜(Momordica charantia)和甘蓝(Brassica oleracea var.capitata)3种蔬菜进行化肥减量配施有机肥试验,研究不同施肥措施(包括传统施肥、化肥减量20%、化肥减量40%配施20%有机肥及化肥减量60%配施40%有机肥)对连续种植的蔬菜的产量及品质的影响。结果表明,与传统完全施用化肥相比,化肥减量20%对蔬菜的产量及可溶性糖含量、蛋白质含量和还原性维生素C含量均无明显影响,但降低了蔬菜的硝酸盐含量。化肥减量及配施不同比例的有机肥对黄瓜、苦瓜和甘蓝的产量没有显著影响,但显著提高黄瓜、苦瓜和甘蓝这3种蔬菜的可溶性糖、维生素C和蛋白质含量,降低蔬菜中的硝酸盐含量。化肥减量对连续种植的蔬菜产量没有明显影响,但显著提高了蔬菜的品质,以化肥减量60%并配施40%有机肥的处理的效果最好。 Effects of organic-inorganic fertilizer application on yields and qualities of continually cultivated vegetables were investigated in this study. Cucumis satlvus, Momordica cbarantia and Brassica oleracea var. capitata were selected in this experiment. There were four treatments: 100% chemical fertilizer (the conventional fertilization and as control), 80% chemical fertilizer, 60% chemical fertilizer and 20% organic manure, 40% chemical fertilizer and 40% organic manure. The results showed that there was no significant difference in the yield of cucumber, balsam pear and cabbage among different treatments. Compared with conventional 100% chemical fertilizer application, there was no significant difference in the contents of soluble sugar, protein and reduced vitamin C for the treatment of reducing 20% chemical fertilizer, but the content of nitrate content was reduced. Treatments of combined chemical and organic fertilizer significantly improved vegetable quality through increasing the contents of soluble sugar, protein, reduced vitamin C and decreasing nitrate contents compared with chemical fertilizer application alone. 0rganic-inorganic fertilizer application could improve vegetable quality, and the treatment of 60% of reduction of chemical fertilizer combined with 40% of organic manure had the best effect.
