摘 要: 酸性环境中利用合成的新型环金属铱配合物[(dpci)2Ir(pcp)](dpci=3,4-二苯基邻二氮杂萘,pcp=2-(3-吡唑并[4,5]樟脑)基吡啶)-亚硫酸盐-硫酸铈反应建立了一个快速、灵敏的测定亚硫酸盐的新体系。实验结果表明,化学发光强度与亚硫酸盐浓度在3.0×10-7~1.0×10-4 mol/L范围内呈线性关系,检测限为9.8×10-8 mol/L。9次重复测定1.0×10-5 mol/L亚硫酸盐相对标准偏差为3.7%。该法用于测定白糖中的亚硫酸盐,结果令人满意。 A rapid and sensitive chemiluminescence (CL) flow system for determination sulfite is described based on the reaction of cyclometalated iridium complex [ ( dpci )2Ir- ( pcp ) ] ( dpci = 3,4-dipheny, pcp = 2- ( 3-pyrazol [ 4,5 ] cam- phor) pyridine), sulfite and cerium sulphate. The optimum conditions for the CL emission have been established. The CL emission intensity is linear with sulfite concentration in the range from 3.0 × 10-7 to 1.0 × 10-4 mol/L. The detection limit is 9. 8 ×10 -8 mol/L and the relative standard deviation is 3.7% for 1.0 × 10 -5 mol/L sulfite in nine repeated measurements. The method has successfully been used for the determination of sulfite in white sugar samples.
