摘　　要： 高校产学研有效专利反映了高校科研成果与企业核心技术需求对接的质量,是高校向企业有效知识溢出的重要体现。通过对1995—2005年校企产学研合作联合申请的有效发明专利时间序列变化趋势以及区域、技术领域、学校分布的梳理,表明我国高校产学研专利的质量在不断提高,并且在维持时间方面已经接近国外水平,但高校产学研有效专利在区域与学校分布上也存在严重不均衡现象。 Jointed efficient valid patent of university-enterprise cooperation applications reflect university research findings and in-demand quality from the core technology competency of enterprise. This reflects an important embodiment of knowledge spillover from universities to cooperation and effective patent application trend corporations. of the time comb schools, the study found the quality of university patent maintain of the timing is close to the foreign level, but there 1995-2005 series, as production is still a university-enterprise through joint research well as regional, technology, distribution of and research is improved continuously, and serious imbalance about the region distribution of patents of the jointed effective production.
