摘　　要： 本文所探索的内容是地域性建筑不断发展和成熟过程中的一次尝试和努力。从我国当前居住区出发,立足于辽宁省,总结国内外在此领域的创作理论及实践,结合我们当前的实际,探求当前辽宁省城市住宅区如何体现地域特色的创作思路。结合当前地域性建筑设计理论和手法,把地域特色引向科学合理,从而在思想上发掘出各种因素对现代住宅区景观环境设计的影响。 This article is to explore the contents of the evolving regional architecture and mature during the first attempt and effort.From China′s current residential area,based in Liaoning Province,the theory of creation and practice in this field were summarized at home and abroad,and how to embody creative ideas of the regional characteristics for residential areas of Liaoning Province at present was explored combined with current reality,and the paper combines with design theory and methods of regional architecture,takes regional characteristics towards science and rationality,and then explores the influence of various factors on landscape design of modern residential areas.
