摘 要: 二战后,芬兰教育系统处于复杂多变的政策改革进程下,经历了战后重建、公平系统组构、新自由主义改革重构三个截然不同的阶段。受到迥异的政治、经济和文化情境影响,各个阶段教育改革显现出阶段式的断裂表征。然而,在传统力量的制衡下,芬兰并未迷失在失控的现代教育改革浪潮中,教育理念和价值得以承继,并形成了独特的改革之路。 After the World War Two, the education system of Finland has been under complex policy reform process and experienced three distinct stages: post-war reconstruction of the education system,comprehensive school building for equity and neo-liberal education reform. Under the effect of different political,economic and cultural contexts,the three stages reveal fracture characterization. However,with the checks and balance of traditional power, Finland is not lost in the tide of wild modem education reform. Classic^al education ideas and values are transmitted and inherited. Finland ultimately forms a unique route of educational reform.
