云广特高压直流故障特性及其强迫停运对受端系统影响评估

摘  要: 特高压直流输电工程的规划和建设,使其成为解决能源和生产力分布区域性差异的重要途径。为分析特高压直流输电对交直流电网的影响,在分析故障特性和控制保护的基础上建立直流停运故障树,采用基于子系统划分的时间频率法评估运行可靠性;确立仿真原则和分析评判依据,采用PSD-BPA仿真分析在南方电网2012水平年严重直流故障对受端系统的影响,指标化地评估严重故障后受端电网的动态恢复特性;考虑负荷模型的影响,分析在ZIP和不同电动机比例模型下受端电网动态恢复特性的差异。研究表明,特高压直流输电系统运行可靠性较高,严重直流故障会引发交直流电网的稳定问题,在运行和方式编制中应配合适当的控制方式并考虑负荷模型对恢复特性的影响。 It is an important approach to plan and construct ultra high voltage direct current (UHVDC) transmission projects to cope with regional difference between energy source and distribution of productivity. To analyze the influences of UHVDC transmission on power systems, fault trees due to failure characteristics of UHVDC transmission system are established on the basis of analyzing control protection functions; the operational reliability of UHVDC transmission system is assessed by fault tree analysis and time-frequency method based on subsystem division. After that, the principle of simulation and the foundation of analysis are established. Then the influences of severe UHVDC faults are simulated by PSD-BPA in the year 2012. Dynamic recovery performance of the receiving power grid after severe fault is assessed by indices, which also considers variable proportion of induction motors in load model. Research results show that UHVDC transmission system possesses high operational reliability; nevertheless severe faults will lead to instability in UHVAC systems. Thus in the operation and drafting of scheduling of dispatching, appropriate control strategies should be set and the influences of load model on recovery performance should be taken into account.
