摘　　要： 战略性生态资源是指维系国计民生、强力支撑国民经济社会可持续发展、强劲提升区域核心竞争力,具有主导作用和区域特色的生态资源,是湖南省"四化两型"的核心要素。对生态资源和战略性生态资源的内涵与外延进行研究,可探讨湖南省战略性生态资源与经济社会发展之间的关系。 The strategic ecological resources, which are the core element of the realization of four modernizations and the two-type society of Hunan Province, are the ecological resources of leading role and of regional characteristics for national welfare and the people＇s livelihood, for strong support of the sustainable development of national economy, and for powerful promotion of regional core competitiveness. Based on studying the intentional and extensional meanings of ecological resources and strategic ecological resources, this paper aims to discuss the relationship between the strategic ecological resources and the economic and social development.
