羧甲基壳聚糖水溶液的流变特性

摘  要: 通过测定羧甲基壳聚糖(CMCS)水溶液不同状态下的表观黏度,研究了质量分数、剪切速率、温度和pH值等对CMCS溶液流变特性的影响.结果表明:CMCS溶液为假塑性流体,流动曲线符合幂律定律,其溶液的黏流活化能为23.06±2.23kJ/mol(P=0.95);pH对CMCS溶液的表观黏度影响不大,但对其溶解性影响较大,CMCS溶液表现为正触变性.采用多项式回归,获得20C下稠度系数和非牛顿指数与质量分数的经验关系式,从而获得溶液表观黏度的半经验模型,为表观黏度和质量分数的相互推算提供依据. The effects of mass percentage, shearing speed, temperature and pH on the rheological behaviors of carboxymethyl chitosan(CMCS) aqueous solution were studied by measuring the apparent viscosity under different conditions. The results suggested that CMCS aqueous solution was a pseudoplastic fluid with a flowing curve in accordance with the power-law. The flow activation energy of the solution with the concentration ranging from 0.5% to 4.5% was 23.06±2.23 kJ/mol (P=0.95). pH had great impact on the solubility, but not on the apparent viscosity. The CMCS solution showed positive thixotropy. The empirical equations for the consistency coefficient K and the non-newton index n at 20 ℃ were obtained by polynomial fitting, so the semi-empirical model of apparent viscosity was established. It provides a basis for the mutual calculation of the apparent viscosity and mass percentage of the CMCS solution.
