摘　　要： 论述了挤压饲料的主要特点，基本原料配方和操作参数对挤压饲料品质的影响，详细介绍了螺杆结构、螺杆转速等变化对水产饲料膨化率的影响。 The main characteristics of extruded feeds, the effects of basic formula materials and process parameters on the quality of extruded feeds were outlined. The effects of the screw configuration and screw speed of extruder on the expansion rate of extruded feeds were also introduced in detail.
