摘　　要： 随着高校对实验室经费的投入增加,如何提高公共资金的使用效益及管理效率,降低管理风险,成为当前实验室建设管理领域的关注热点。从分析目前国内各高校实验室经费管理现状入手,提出了一种新的管理方法——流程管理,并初步探索了基于流程管理的实验室经费管理信息系统的构建方案。 With the increasing investment to the laboratory in colleges and universities,how to improve efficiency in the use of public funds and management efficiency,and reduce management risks,are becoming the current hot spot areas of concern in the laboratory construction and management.This paper analyzes the current management of the domestic status of funding in university laboratory,proposes a new management approach-process management,and preliminarily explores the information system programs based on process management for laboratory funding.
