摘　　要： 我国的会议产业正处于快速发展的新时期,与产业发展趋势相关的新特点、新现象逐步显现出来:会议产业增长势头强劲,发展潜力巨大;会议消费层次拉大,会议场所机遇和挑战共存;会议与展览融合的步伐加快,会议市场将因此发生重要变化。高等学历会议类教育严重落后于产业发展,存在培养目标欠清晰、师资队伍欠雄厚、实践教学欠有效、办学特色欠突出、专业群平台欠稳定等突出问题。提出建立专指委、明确人才培养定位、优化双师队伍、塑造专业特色、完善课程体系、强化实践教学、提升专业群实力等加快发展我国高等会议类学历教育的建议。 The Chinese conference industry is developing rapidly in the new era. Its new features which are related to the industrial development trend are revealed gradually. The growth of conference industry is very strong and it has a huge potential in developing. The demand of conference consumption varies from place to place. Opportunities and challenges coexist where conferences are held. The pace of conferences and exhibitions fusing together becomes faster and faster. Important changes will take place in the market of conference, but the development of college conference education is far behind the development of conference industry. Serious problems exist, such as unclear training targets, weak teachers＇ teams, ineffective practical education, unclear schooling characteristics, unstable platforms of professional groups, etc. Suggestions are made to help develop conference industry, i. e. , establishes professional guidance committees, clarifies the orientation of talent cultivation, optimizes the double - certificates teaching teams, builds major characteristics, perfects the course system, strengthens the practical training, enhances the strength of professional groups, etc.
