摘 要: 采用鸟粪石沉淀法回收高浓度含磷废水中的磷,以MgCl2.6H2O和NH4Cl作为沉淀剂,考察了pH值、搅拌速率、反应时间、沉淀时间、镁磷物质的量之比、氮磷物质的量之比对磷的去除效果及氨氮残留量的影响。结果表明,最优反应条件为:pH=9.5,n(Mg)∶n(N)∶n(P)=1.25∶1.05∶1,搅拌速率为200 r/min左右,反应时间为20 min,沉淀时间为20 min,此时磷的去除率可达99.96%,残留磷的质量浓度为2.20 mg/L,氨氮的残留量相对较低。生成的沉淀产物中P2O5的质量分数可达28.18%,可作为高品位的磷矿或者缓释肥,从而实现高浓度含磷废水中磷的资源化利用。 Struvite precipitation method with MgCl2·6H2O and NH4Cl as the precipitating agents was used to recover phosphorus from high concentration phosphorus-containing wastewater. The influences of pH value, stirring speed, reaction time, precipitation time, magnesium-phosphours ratio and nitrogen-phosphorus ratio on phosphorus removal and residual amount of ammonia nitrogen were investigated. The results indicated that, the optimal operation condition was as follows: the pH value was 9.5, the n(Mg) : n(N) : n(P) was 1.25 : 1.05 : 1, the stirring speed was about 200 r/rain, the reaction time was 20 min, the precipitation time was 20 min. Under the above condition, the removal rate of phosphorus reached 99.96%, the mass concentration of residual phosphorus was 2.20 mg/L, and the residual amount of ammonia nitrogen was relatively low. The P2O5 in the precipitates has a mass fraction of 28.18%, and could be used as high grade phosphate ore or slow-release fertilizer. The said technology could realize the resource utilization of phosphorus in high concentration phosphorus-contaning wastewater.
