摘 要: 采用可膨胀石墨与聚丙烯(PP)共混复合,制备膨胀石墨(EG)/PP复合材料,X射线衍射(XRD)分析表明可膨胀石墨在熔融挤出过程中膨胀剥离,而层间距几乎不变。扫描电子显微镜(SEM)显示可膨胀石墨经过膨胀和螺杆的剪切后,其形貌发生很大变化;随着可膨胀石墨含量的增大,复合材料的力学性能呈现出不同的变化趋势,而复合材料的导热系数逐渐增大,且试验值大于Hatta导热模型理论预测值。 EG/PP composites were prepared by melt-mixing. XRD illustrates that ex- pansion and exfoliation of the graphite occur in extrusion,while the plane space is nearly unchanged. SEM analysis showes that the morphology of the filler changes greatly un- der extruding and shearing. With the increase of expansible graphite contents, the me- chanical properties of composites lead various tendency, while the thermal conductivity enhances gradually. The experimental values are higher than Hatta thermal conductive model theoretical predictions.
