3种草本蕨类植物耐旱性研究

摘  要: 应用隶属函数法研究了3种深圳常见草本蕨类植物-肾蕨(Nephrolepis auriculata)、线羽凤尾蕨(Pteris linearis)和华南毛蕨Cyclosorus parasiticus在干旱胁迫条件下的抗性生理生化指标变化动态。结果表明,在干旱胁迫下,3种蕨类植物的永久萎蔫率及叶片失水率表现一致,大小依次为华南毛蕨>线羽凤尾蕨>肾蕨。随着干旱胁迫程度的加强,3种蕨类植物叶片相对含水量明显下降,降幅大小为华南毛蕨>线羽凤尾蕨>肾蕨。相对电导率、可溶性糖和脯氨酸含量则随着胁迫的加剧呈上升趋势,其中肾蕨各项指标的变化幅度较小,线羽凤尾蕨在干旱胁迫9~12d时呈大幅度上升,而华南毛蕨自胁迫开始即呈较大幅度的上升。3种蕨类植物的丙二醛含量随着胁迫的加剧呈上升-下降-上升趋势,其中华南毛蕨的丙二醛含量始终高于其它2种蕨类植物。3种草本蕨类植物的耐旱性强弱依次为:肾蕨>线羽凤尾蕨>华南毛蕨。 Effects of drought stress on the physiological characteristics under varying degrees of stress on three common herbal ferns occurred in Shenzhen were investigated by membership function method, namely, Nephrolepis auriculata ,Pteris linearis and Cyclosorus parasiticus. The results showed that the permanent wilting rate and foliage water losing rate of three ferns had the same responses under drought stress and with the order of C. parasiticus〉P, linearis〉N, auriculata. As drought stress increased, the relative water content of three ferns decreased obviously, the decreasing extent was C. parasiticus〉P. linearis〉N, auriculata, but the relative electric conductivity, contents of soluble sugar and proline increased, especially, N. auriculata presented slightly fluctuated, P. linearis increased obviously at drought stress for 9 to 12 days, C. parasiticus fluctuated largely and continually. However, with the drought stress increased deeply, the malondialdehyde(MDA)activities of three ferns exhibited the trends of increase, then decrease and increase. The MDA content of C. parasiticus was always higher than the oth ers. Through comprehensive analysis, it was concluded that the drought resistant abilities of three ferns were ranked as N. auriculata〉P, linearis〉C, parasiticus.
