摘 要: 回弹是影响弯曲件最终形状和精度的关键因素。拼焊板在弯曲过程中,影响回弹过程的因素比单板更为复杂。材料性能、工艺参数及板料与模具的几何参数微小的变化,都会引起回弹的较大变化。本文以横向拼焊板V形自由弯曲为研究对象,采用试验方法对拼焊板弯曲及回弹过程进行了研究,分析了影响横向拼焊板回弹的主要因素,为进一步研究拼焊板V形自由弯曲回弹控制技术奠定了基础。 Springback is a key factor which influences on the final shape and accuracy in bending process. The influencing factor is more complex than the single blank in the bending of tailor-welded blank (TWB). The tiny changes of material performance parameter, process parameter and geometric parameter of die could result in a larger change of springbank. Therefore, the air bending process and springback are studied in this paper using the experimental method. The main factor which influences on the springback of transverse TWB is analyzed. The research results provide a base for study of the springback control of TWB air bending process.
