摘 要: 针对水库生态与环境需水量牵涉面广的问题,在分析水库生态与环境需水量内涵的基础上,提出了水库生态库容与环境库容的计算原则与量化计算方法。水库生态与环境需水量应遵循生态优先与多功能兼容、多指标分等级控制与最不利指标调控相结合、时间动态平衡与空间均衡协调的原则。根据拟定的计算原则和计算方法,分析计算了广东省合水水库全年各时期的生态与环境需水量阈值,得出了水库生态库容与环境库容。分析成果为维持合水水库功能正常发挥和水资源可持续利用管理提供了依据。 In the light of multiple factors involved in ecological and environmental water demand calculation, on the basis of analysis on the connotation about ecological flow and environmental flow, a method to calculate the ecological capacity and environ- mental capacity of a reservoir is put forward. The ecological and environmental water demand should follow the principles of eco- logical priority, multi- functional compatibility, combination of graded multi- indexes control and the most unfhvorable index regulation, temporal dynamic balance and spatial dynamic balance. According to the suggested calculation principle and method, the threshold value of ecological and environmental water demand of Heshui Reservoir in Guangdong Province in different period~ in a year are analyzed and the ecological capacity and environmental capacity of the reservoir are obtained.
