摘 要: 以高职实践技能培养为目标,针对实践教学存在问题及学生个性特点,综合提出多种措施,从制度上设立对学员的考核量化指标;从学生特点上,设立轮换制度,在实际教学实践中,培养学生的主观能动性,通过相互竞争激励的教学方式,提升实践教学效果。并特别提出了一个虚拟实操的教学机制,用来针对复杂实操项目提高教学效果。通过三个方面初步建立立体化精细化工实践教学平台,以提高教学效果为最终目的。 For practical skills of higher vocational student, to focus on the problem of teaching and student personality characteristics, we proposed solutions and established the quantitative indicators system to assess students. From student characteristics, we established administrator rotation system; to develop the students' initiative and enhance the practice of teaching in the actual teaching practice, we used a competitive incentive way of teaching. And used for the complex practical project, we proposed a virtual reality teaching mechanism. In order to improve teaching effectiveness, we initially established three-dimensional fine chemical practice teaching platform through the above three points.
