摘 要: 以马来酸酐(MAH)为接枝单体和过氧化二异丙苯(DCP)为引发剂制备了石油树脂接枝马来酸酐(PR-g-MAH),研究了DCP和MAH用量以及反应时间对石油树脂接枝率的影响,并将PR-g-MAH产物应用于LDPE/POE/LLDPE复合物中,制备了热熔胶,研究了PR-g-MAH用量对热熔胶粘结性能的影响。结果表明,MAH成功接枝到石油树脂上;当MAH用量为8%,DCP用量为2%,反应时间为2 h时,PR-g-MAH的接枝率最大,颜色也较浅;PR-g-MAH的用量为20%时,制备的热熔胶具有最高的剥离强度,达到110 N cm-1。 Petroleum resin grafted by maleic anhydride(PR-g-MAH) was prepared with maleic anhydride(MAH) as grafting monomer and dicumyl peroxide(DCP) as initiator,and the effect of the amount of DCP and MAH and the reaction time on the grafting rate of PR was investigated;PR-g-MAH was introduced into LDPE/POE/LLDPE blend to prepare hot melt adhesive,and the effect of the amount of PR-g-MAH on the peel strength of hot melt adhesive was studied.It was found that MAH was successfully grafted on PR as shown in FTIR spectra;PR-g-MAH had the highest grafting rate when the amount of MAH and DCP was 8% and 2% respectively,and the reaction time was 2 hours,and the product color is tint;the peel strength of hot melt adhesive rose to the highest value of 110 N cm-1 when 20% PR-g-MAH was incorporated.
