架空输电线路覆冰状态评估模糊专家系统

摘  要: 极端寒冷气候下架空输电线路覆冰对电力系统运行安全构成了极大威胁,为分析覆冰对输电线路和杆塔可能造成的危害,实现覆冰输电线路状态评估,根据其多因素影响和不确定性的特点,提出了以在线监测系统为基础的覆冰输电线路状态评估模糊专家系统方法。在明确了各状态评估特征量,设计了机械荷载状态评估和外绝缘状态评估方案后,根据试验数据和专家经验确定了模糊隶属度函数,建立了各状态评估的模糊规则库。南方电网输电线路覆冰监测预警系统数据验证结果表明,将在线监测量与具体的输电线路机械和电气性能状态联系起来,建立的模糊专家系统结合专家知识和试验结果能较好地评估当前输电线路和杆塔的各个状态和综合状态,评估结果合理对架空输电线路运行维护有指导意义。 Icing and snowing on overhead transmission lines in extremely cold climatic events is an enormous threat to the stability and safety of power system.To analyze the potential for damage to transmission line and tower as a result of icing events,we proposed a fuzzy expert system for condition assessment of overhead transmission line icing and snowing with characteristics of fuzziness and indefiniteness.According to the characteristic quantities for condition assessment,3 kinds of models,namely,the static mechanical load assessment model,the external insulation assessment model,and the conductor galloping assessment model,were established.And the condition assessment knowledge base corresponding to each assessment model was built based on test result,field data and expert knowledge.Furthermore,field data from China Southern Power Grid on-line monitoring and precaution system were used to test the effectiveness of the proposed fuzzy expert system.Test results reveal that the proposed fuzzy expert system is able to provide the most of monitoring data and the assessment result is reasonable,providing a good approach to evaluate the icing condition levels of overhead transmission lines.
