摘 要: 现在企业受到许多外界因素的影响,这些因素中有些对企业来说是有利的,有些会给企业造成一些负面的影响。电子信息渠道的出现对价值链来说是一种新的影响因子。这个新的影响因子会对价值链的各种威胁造成影响。本文基于价值链五力模型的供应商、消费者、同行竞争者、新进入者、替代品的威胁等方面来分析现代企业应如何应对威胁以及对应的策略。 Nowadays enterprises are affected by many external factors. Some of these effects are positive while others are negative on enterprises. The new e-channel of the electronic commerce is a new impact factor in the value chain which affects its various external factors. This paper analyzes modem enterprises' measures for and countermeasures against the external factors based on the five forces framework of value chain of suppliers, customers, rivalry competitors, new entrants and substitute products.
