摘　　要： 以认知科学、行为科学、人－机工程等为理论工具，研究用户情报认知心理与行为特性．把用户情报认知行为分为基于技能、规则和知识的三个层次，在此基础上建立了用户情报认知行为模型，它由用户行为流程图和旋进图构成．最后分析了用户情报行为失误类型及其形成因子． From the viewpoint of cognitive science,the authors analyze user's information cognitive psychology.The user's information cognitive behavior is divided into 3 levels:skill based,role based and knowledge based,and its flowchart and spiral development model are form.Finally,error types and performance shaping factors of user's information cognitive behavior are discussed.
