直流二次风扩口对燃烧器流场影响的试验研究

摘  要: 在气固两相实验台上采用先进的PDA 测试技术对不同直流二次风扩口角度情况下径向浓淡旋流煤粉燃烧器出口气相速度和脉动速度、颗粒浓度分布进行了测量,得出了直流二次风扩口角度对径向浓淡旋流煤粉燃烧器出口流场回流区直径、射流扩展角的影响规律. 实验结果表明直流二次风扩口角度对流场有一定的影响,而对浓度场影响较小. 所得结论对工程应用有一定的参考价值. Radial Bias Combustion swirl burner(RBC),a new swirl pulverized coal burner, is a pulverized coal concentrator set in the primary air passage,and the primary air is separated into two parts,one has a higher concertration of particles than the another,since the fuel rich jet owns a stronger flame stability and the over all stoichimetric ratio is the same as an ordinary swirl burner. The pulverized coal combustion has a good flame stability and high efficiency.The mean velocity and fluctuation velocity of air, particle concentration of the burner under different angles of non swirl secondary air outlet are measured by a Phase Doppler Particle Dynamic Analyzer(PDA)in a gas solid two phase test facility. The effect of non swirl secondary air outlet angles on the diameter of recirculation zone and the half expanding angle of jet have been analysed. The results show that the non swirl secondary air outlet has a great infuence on the mean velocity and fluctuation velocity of air, but it has little effect on the particle concentration. These results provide useful information for industry application.
