摘 要: 针对接触器闭合过程二次回跳造成触头侵蚀而影响接触器电寿命的问题,说明交、直流控制新型智能交流接触器研制的必要性和可行性。提出采用瞬时力控制获得理想吸力曲线的方法开发适用于交流接触器的通用芯片控制电路,做成既可用交流电源控制又能用直流电源控制且具有测量等功能的系统,真正实现交流接触器的智能化、小型化、多功能化,延长了接触器的电寿命,又减少了铜、铁用量,节能,降噪,铁心和磁路结构优化,可大大节约生产成本。 In view of Electrical life of contactor due to contact erosion caused by secondary back-chatting in closing of contactors, the paper states necessity and feasibility of developing new smart AC/DC controlled AC-contactors. The paper suggests developing a general chip-controlled circuit adaptable for contractors by use of attractive force curve produced by instantaneous force control so that an integrated system that can use AC power and DC power as well as measurement. Hence, smart, undersized AC contactor can be achieved, electrical life of contactors can be prolonged, use of copper and iron can be greatly reduced, energy can be reserved and noise can be lowed; besides, structure optimization of iron core and magnetic circuit can reduce product cost.
