摘　　要： 研究了产业链以及产业链整合的相关定义和内涵,对影响我国企业实施产业链整合战略的因素进行了分析和总结;提出了我国航运企业进行产业链整合的最佳模式,即横向整合模式.希望我国航运企业能够通过收购兼并等方式进行产业链整合,获得规模经济和范围经济,提升国际竞争力. This paper researches on the definition of industry chain and integration of industry chain,and analyzes the factors influencing the strategy of industry chain integration of Chinese shipping enterprises.After these analyses,this paper brings forward the best integration mode of industry chain for shipping enterprises.It hopes Chinese shipping companies can achieve scale economy and scope economy to integrate industry chain through merger.
